2016年7月1日起,日本研紙株式會社(Nihon Kenshi Co., Ltd.)正式成為Mipox集團的連結子公司。

We will inform that, as we informed with “Notification of the Result of Tender Offer for Shares of Nihon Kenshi Co., Ltd. and Change in Subsidiary” released on June 25, 2016, Nihon Kenshi Co., Ltd. became our consolidated subsidiary on July 1, 2016.
